Does Anyone Use a Coding Service for Web Design

For those of you who design large web sites to code, have you ever outsourced the coding part (largely HTML with CSS-styling) to a company such as HTML Burger or PSD 2 HTML? If so, what was your experience?

I am trying to find a company to outsource coding. If you haven't used these two services, is there one that you can recommend?

If you like design and dont like code these places are a must... not allowed to post links until reaching 10 posts ! but would recommend... Its one easy way to start the ball rolling on a unique and great looking site

I would recommend visiting a site like guru.com you can post a project on there and get many people to bid on the project along with reviewing their profiles to see if they would be a good fit or not. On top of that as per design work 99designs.com works wonders as well.
