Email Campaigns

When conducting email campaigns using paid opt-in lists, which smtp service is recommended for such a campaign as most of the smtp services that I visited online prohibit the use of purchased lists? Is there a SMTP service that does not have this requirement? Thanks.

That's a new one on me...Never heard of smtp service??? Is it an auto-responder?

I think aweber lets you import list but not sure if that is what you are talking about...1shoppingcart and constant contact require you to add each new email address manually unless they opt in of course...Very time consuming even with a short list...

Also...another disadvantage to using a paid opt-in list is that unless your products or services are specifically geared to what they opt-in for you could still be consider as a spammer...Just something to consider...Make sure your offer is relevant!

Agree Ted...
Plus...paid lists rarely seem to be targeted......unless in the "opportunity" niche....
And even at that I would doubt a good response.....
Versus the expense....
