Factors that matters for increment in PR?

Hello to all,

I would to ask What is your opinion regarding Getting High PR for the site; One of my clients site was having 3 PR earlier On Google. After putting My efforts It is now able to attract More then thousand visits daily and very easily but PR is still 3! So, I am little bit Puzzled with this! Why PR for my project is not getting increased after this much amount of traffic also as well? What are the other factors that matters for increasing the PR!

My link building Strategies also continues as traditionally and tediously! I think, Back links are having some relation proportional to the traffic increment for getting increment in the PR?

What you guys think about this?

Google says that there are more then 200 factors for PR. loading speed , site content, inbound and outbound links are most factor for increasing PR

That is for SERP.....

And Jack...that just goes to show...that PR...does not matter....
