How to get a forum to lift its ban?

Hi,
I've been permanently banned from two forums and I'd like to be reinstated.
So can someone please tell me how can a member of a forum be reinstated after he's been permanently banned?

hey,
A forum ban can be lifted by contacting the administrator via mail and explaining your point.

You have to just email the forum administrator about it but it has really small chance of getting your ID work again.

Forum administrator or a moderator can do this but you should make sure that you have not done anything wrong or done spamming on the forum. Even if you are posting one liner replies which do not count any worth, you may get banned.

Talk to the webmaster of that forum ... or make another account with them.
However if you got banned once ... it is possible to be banned twice. So be careful.

Maybe you just did something wrong.. Tell the admin this and try to apologise.. You can always change your IP and try to register again, but if you want your "lost" account.. I think contacting directly the admin is the best way to regain the control of your account back
